Irene Dobles is a seasoned Conference Manager and Meeting Professional with extensive experience in planning, managing, and delivering high-impact conferences and corporate events in multicultural environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, providing a strong foundation in strategic planning, financial management, and brand alignment within the meetings and events industry.

With more than two decades of experience across hospitality, international sales, marketing communications, public relations, and event management, Irene has successfully led conferences and meetings from concept development through on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Her background includes working with global brands, government institutions, destination marketing organizations, and multinational clients, allowing her to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and cultural sensitivity.

Irene is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, a key asset in managing international conferences, negotiating with global suppliers, and collaborating with diverse teams and audiences. Her multicultural experience enables her to design inclusive, culturally aware event strategies that enhance participant engagement and deliver meaningful experiences for attendees from different regions and backgrounds. She also speaks Italian.

As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Irene brings a high level of professionalism and adherence to industry best practices, including risk management, contract negotiation, budget control, and supplier relationship management.
